“The sun watches what I do. But the moon knows all my secrets.”— Unknown
“Take a shower, wash off the day. Drink a glass of water. Make the room dark. Lie down and close your eyes. Notice the silence. Notice your heart. Still beating. Still fighting. You made it, after all. You made it, another day. And you can make it one more. You’re doing just fine.”— Charlotte Eriksson
these past days… oh man.. i keep it all to myself becase what good does it do to tell my close ones about my turmoils? dont we all have enough of our own fights?
but… tonight i am trying to make myself a bit softer. it makes me happy when i imagine myself in 3 months time… living a slower life. enjoying nature. breathing.
bad times will pass. problems will pass. fear will pass. breathe, m., breathe…. i cuddle myself to sleep. all is well. m.
